We took the ferry from Mukilteo to Whidbey Island on Sunday, July 12th. The weather was cool and overcast -- a perfect day for a drive. We stopped at one of Mila's favorite spots, the dog beach at Useless Bay. She ran around and ate seaweed. We had lunch in Coupeville, then made our way up the island and crossed the bridge at Deception Pass.
Judging from the smiles on his face, his first beach visit was a success and we can't wait to make another visit so he can see the alpacas at Greenbank Farms next time.
